We are looking for a ” Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist ” for our international client, which operates in Retail Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and administer compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and programs specific to the retail sector.
– Participate salary surveys and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry trends and competitors.
– Design and optimize incentive programs, including sales commissions and bonuses, to motivate and reward retail employees.
– Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and HR Business partners on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and promotions.
– Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and manage flexible benefits program
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
– Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends.
– Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
