Müge Gabbott completed her MBA degree in Esslingen University in Germany and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University in Turkey. In 2008, she relocated to Switzerland, where she currently resides.

Her career began in 2002 at Kibar Holding, where she developed her core HR expertise and contributed to key initiatives supporting the company’s HR transformation. She worked as an HR Manager for Assan Aluminium before moving to Switzerland.

In Switzerland, Müge joined SICPA, a global provider of security inks and traceability solutions for government institutions. Müge served as the HR Director responsible for global HR Business Partnership and Talent Management. She oversaw operations in 25 countries, working closely with C-level executives as a Board Member.

Born and raised in Istanbul, and having lived and worked in four countries, Müge brings a rich cultural background and an integrated approach to her work. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented various HR structures, including offshoring and outsourcing of specific HR activities. Her passion lies in helping organizations identify the appropriate people strategy and HR structure necessary for success. She is skilled in developing integrated talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

As an HR leader, Müge prioritizes collaboration and partnership. She focuses on building strong relationships, understanding unique needs, and designing data-driven and customized HR solutions that align with the business goals and culture of the organization she serves.
