Derya brings 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, organisational development, assessment and development centre, feedback on Personal Preference Inventories & 360-degree evaluation systems.  She is an ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) certified team coach, a trainer/facilitator. She has more than 500 hours of coaching couples, teams, executives and individuals. Derya believes in the continuous development and learning of one’s self, she has a deep interest in Gestalt Psychology, where she completed Gestalt Psychology Program and continues Gestalt therapy. Derya makes use of the convergence of different modalities in her coaching, from Gestalt to Co-active Model with a systems approach. She is also a practitioner of Transactional Analysis and Nonviolent Communication.She has been practicing on Mysticism, healing and metaphysics.

She describes her coaching philosophy as follows, “I am passionate about bringing the best out of my clients, enabling them to reach their full potential. I work not only with one dimension of being but also deep dive into all dimensions; therefore I focus on use of self (working with the body), emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspect of existence.  In the coaching relationship, I intent to create an atmosphere of trust, rapport, authenticity, transparency and nonjudgmental inclusive transaction.”
