Burcu Cagsal graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business administration and is also an AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching) certified executive coach accredited by ICF, EMCC, Middlesex University and AC, instructor and facilitator. After working in organizational development, talent management, education and recruitment within human resources in international institutions such as  DHL Express and  CP (CHAROEN POKPHAND GROUP) for more than a decade, Burcu, who is a mother of two sons, gave up corporate life and, together with her sons while experiencing a motherhood adventure in which she learned life as she has taught, she re-discovered herself and completed executive coaching program in the meanwhile. Her biggest goal is to help people discover themselves by mirroring them with her coaching and raising their awareness. Communication skills, management skills, different leadership approaches, managing international cultural differences, coping with change, teamwork experiences and decision-making processes acquired in corporate life enrich her coaching and training today. She took part in voluntary projects of organizations such as Koruncuk Foundation and gave his own design Recruitment Training Technics.  She supported Boyner Holding and Group Companies Social responsibility project called Nar TANELERİ as an instructor in PER-YÖN partnership, delivered Self-Awareness, Expression and Professional Appearance Training.
