After graduating from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Boğaziçi University, Yiğit Oğuz Duman received his MBA degree in business administration from Koç University. He began his professional career in 1995 at Kibar Holding Co. operating in various sectors including foreign trade, automotive, metal and food. He assumed responsibilities in change management, human resources management, industrial relations, quality assurance practices and business law. He worked as the Human Resources Manager at Assan Aluminum and Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director at Kibar Holding Co. In 2008, he joined Turkcell Superonline and undertook responsibilities about Human Resources, Procurement and Administrative Affairs, Customer Experience Management roles, while serving as the Business Support Deputy General Manager and Customer Experience Management Deputy General Manager. Having taken various management roles as from 2001, in governing boards of Turkish Personnel Management Association (PERYÖN), the largest non-governmental organization of Turkey, Yiğit acted as the President of PERYÖN between 2005 and 2010 and between 2012 and 2014. He joined TAV Airports Holding in October 2011 as Human Resources Director and was appointed as the member of Steering Committee of TAV Airports Holding and the Vice President_Business Support in November 2013.

He established DUMAN Management Consultancy in 2014. The main concentration of DUMAN is the “Talent” related projects. Recruiting, Selecting, Developing and Retaining projects are the ones DUMAN team is working on.
