Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for an HRBP for our client which is more than 100 years’ experience in the industrial tyre sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all functions of the HR management including performance management , learning and development , recruitment and compensation and benefits
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Initiating , developing and implementing HR processes
  • Implementing integrating and development of learning and development programs
  • Managing multiple priorities along with special projects of HR
  • Coaching people managers in application of HR programs , facilitating HR related training , and employee engagement activities
  • Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner
  • Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain positive employee relations and working environment
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment , compensation practices , organizational development , employee relations , diversity , performance management , talent management
  • Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to influence and inspire change with executive teams and across the teams , aligning the people strategy with business goals and growth ; Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and high level of integrity , ethics and trustworthiness
  • Strong understanding of employment law and policies , and employment legislation compensation , benefits , interpersonal development , employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal , negotiation and coaching skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English is must
