Akgül Can Beyhan gratuated from Istanbul University – Faculty of Communication. She completed Human Resources Management Certificate Program at Boğaziçi University and she is a certified Lee Hecht Harrison International Outplacement and Career Transition Coach.
She started her professional career in banking sector she worked at Garanti Bankası. She took active role for the Retail Banking Business Process Reengineering project team, designed the sales structure, sales strategy, including the creation of the new organization. Afterwards she continued her career at Interbank for 5 years as Training Manager, During this period she conducted 4 management trainee, 1 audit trainee program, several retail and operational career groups orientation courses. She coordinated and supervised all training activities according to the needs of the overall banking operation.
In 2005, she joined Adecco Group Turkey and carried various managerial roles in Executive Search department, her last position was Executive Search Director and she was responsible for both dealing with customers and conducting all execution process for top level talents to assess their capabilities and appetite for the role of appropriate recruitment projects. In the meantime, she had the Lee Hecht Harrison International Outplacement and Career Transition Coach certification and performed various Outplacement program with LHH know-how.
In 2012, her role changed as Human Resources Director and she managed all HR functions of Adecco Turkey Group Companies in Turkey. She was responsible for implementation of all HR policies, strategies, talent management and succession planning projects to support for rapid growth and expansion of the organization. She developed and conducted performance management, mentoring, yearly bonus system and several HR initiatives. She also focused on employee engagement, cross-cultural awareness and corporate communication, with this reason every year she was responsible for conduction of employee satisfaction survey (Great Place to Work) She conducted recurrent campaigns to ensure high level of results.
She joined Duman Consultancy as Senior Client Partner.
